This is a factory (K) code and not a clone. it was purchased from Cailfornia. I have owned this car since 1985. It had 41000 miles on it when I purchased it. As far as I know they were the original miles. It had a reciept for tires that were on it with the miles on the car when they were purchased. This car is the original color (vintage burgandy) but it has been painted. I have made a few changes over the years but have all the original parts that were taken off so they are included in the sale of the car. Includes bell housing, intake manifold, factory headers and even the dual point distributor.

  • There seem to be a lot of kars lately with the "milk jug" overflow bottles. Someone should make one that looks more at home in there - maybe make it look like a washer fluid bag!

Not very helpful to have the photo of the odometer that is unreadable.

  • In regards to the overflow bottle, I have used the 67 blow molded type of winshield washer bottle as an overflow tank. I mount it close to the shock tower on the left front inner apron as it is angled to fit there. I move the original washer bag and bracket forward. At least it looks more like a factory piece.

  • Apparently the car didn't sell on ebay. It's back on with a starting bid of $24,500 which hasn't been offered yet. That's a lot of money for a car needing so much work. I'd have to see it to pay anywhere near that much for it.

  • The last buyer, elcaminotripower, is no longer a registered Ebay user. That leads me to believe that he failed to complete the deal on this Kar.
