Carlisle Ford meet

  • I am planing on going to the Ford Nationals in Carlisle Pa next month,I was wondering if the swap meet is open on the Thursday? I have attended the Corvette show at Carlisle and found that Thursday was the best swap meet day.

    Thanks Bob 66

  • Carlisle is open on Thursday, and is a good time to beat the crowds that normally show up on Friday and Saturday...Most vendors are there by Thursday putting the final touches on their displays.

  • While you are all visiting Carlisle, I still have the Race Hipo:

It was great to see Brian and Marv at Carlisle again. I guess I was a little off on the weather, though. A short rain shower happened on Saturday afternoon, but it was over in less than an hour or so, and the roads were dried by the time I drove out. The cooler temperatures and gentle breezes were a pleasant change from the last few years of sweltering heat and humidity.
