Oh yea, when I was doing this project is was VERY important to me to get a rural Midwest/North Dakota representation to the whole image. I knew I wanted some hay bales to accent the gold stripes on the car. After almost giving up after 2 days of looking, I finally found the perfect background!
Congratulations on getting your dads car on the catalog. You did very well with your picture background.

Great car, great company. I get a lot of parts from them, so I know I'm going to have a copy of it. I love the '66 Shelby (my favorite year for shelby). Congrats!!!

Thanks. I actually took that photo right in my driveway. It is actually a "stitch" of 3 photos together (like a panoramic shot) b/c I wanted to get super high detail and resolution as I was blowing it up over 6 feet wide for a banner I had made. I took with top up and down and melded them into the reflection you see using Photoshop. Most people don't notice the top up in the reflection unless I point it out to them.

Great photo! I too have a black 350H. I will print this to photo paper and frame. Would like to know if you would disclose Shelby # so I can add a footnote.
