Here's a November 64 HIPO Fan. Doesn't look too bad.

Any ideas on the price? What's a fan going for these days? I need a C65 and probably the only way I'm going to get it is to trade.

Yep, that's typical. The repro's are easy to spot.
This is the going price - the last 2 original fans I have seen on eBay sold in this range.
I paid $490 for an original fan with the same datecode 2 years ago.
Don't know if I am getting blind but the top fan
for sale looks like it has a H64 date code which
is August 64 and not November L64 as the ad says.

I agree with Bo on the H64 date code on that fan.
-Fred-
The fan that actually sold was a Buy It Now $795 price and had an A65 datecode.
There is currently a late 64 datecode at $800 and Bob Perkins is selling a M63 dated fan with a Reserve. It is currently in the mid $200 range - but knowing how proud he is of all his parts even this early code fan will have a very high price!
I was talking about the $800 for sale by Jim Cowles
alias Acman63.

Sold for <b>$800 USD</b>
