This brings to mind the saying, " over the legal limit," this is the most beautiful sight on the greatest Kar site!!! WOW ! This may be the greatest gathering of K's ever, anyone disagree?

I drove from Sacramento to attend and it was a sight to behold. According to Ron, there were 17 K's out of approximately 5000 at 40th anniversary show in Nashville. Yesterday we had 18 Kars out of a field of 135-140 - that's nothing short of amazing! As far as the show, Ron and his family/staff did a great job. In regards to the K's...I thought each and every one was fantastic. My only regret is I didn't meet more of the guys on the forum to find out more about them and the story of their Kars. This hobby is as much about relationships/comraderie as it is about celebrating the venerable K code. Cheers! Kevin

  • A sincere "THANK YOU" from Ron Bramlett and myself for all the "K" owners who shared theirs cars for all to see. This was another amazing show which MustangsPlus sponsors twice a year. The Spring show will feature a different Mustang, so we'll just have to wait and see how the voting went.

  • Hi Guys,

This is my first posting on this site. I heard about the site before, but hadn't registered until now. I have been a Mustang owner for roughly 20 years now and only recently acquired my K. I have always dreamed of owning a K car and now I can finally say I am part of this exclusive club.

I was at "K Day" yesterday with my 66 GT-K springtime yellow, automatic convertible (GTKPONY) in Stockton and want to say what an amazing event it was. Ron and his team are a first class group of people. They put on a fantastic event! Many of you will know my car from Gaines Adcock who built it roughly 17 years ago. Being the first show I have ever attended as a participant displaying my car it was a very memorable day. I truly enjoyed meeting fellow Mustang K owners who have the same passion about these special cars as I do. Everyone was so nice!! My Dad also had a great time (thanks for listening to all his stories ) I hope to continue some of the friendships I started yesterday and develop new ones on this site. See you all at the next event

  • Michael good to meet you there.... if you checked I stamped your hood to match the fenders while you were somewhere else. Don't know how it was overlooked when I stamped it for Gaines.

  • Jeff,

It was great meeting you yesterday, thank you very much for doing that, I didn't even see it, I appreciate it. It's people like you, who by passing on your wealth of knowledge will keep this hobby alive and help preserve these special cars. I look forward to learning much more about these cars.

  • My favorite part of the show was when the guy with the Boss 429 tried to pull in the front gate where the K's were parked, getting to tell him that he'd have to go down to the 'show entrants gate' and get in line with everyone else. My bad!

  • Yes it was a very successful day, even with my down time I had a great time meeting new fellow mustangers and seeing some very impressive Kars. What more can I say about our host Ron and all the knowledge folks at Mustang Plus who helped me get Poppy rolling happily along. Thanks again. Hay with 18 Kars we could start our own club and meet maybe every couple of months!!!!!!!Laki
