pinion snubber plate for your 9 inch housing

  • Are there any hi-po owners who need the correct pinion snub plate for their k code 9 inch housing. If I can get a donor I am sure I can fabricate them to the exactness required so those who have everything else correct can also purchase a new one at a modest price. Mr-Hi-po

  • I could certainly use one for my 65. The rear end on my car has the correct plate for a 66, not sure if a June'July build date might influence that...

    Any suggestions anyone?

Would happily swap the 66 for a 65 but being in Australia makes logistics a bit of a bugger.

I am interested in 65 bracket as well. What dates would the brackets have switched from 65 to 66 bracket? Seems like I can find a 66, 67 but not 65. Thanks, WC

I had a 1966 Metucheon built Hipo Convertible with a September 1965 build date that was original with a 65 style bracket.

  • I looked in to this. requires some serious tooling, deep draw type. very expensive and few plants want to mess with small runs like this. if he makes them properly it will be a plus if its priced correctly
