1967 GT350/500 Roll bar, retractors and belts

  • I have the whole complete deal - currently installed in a clone. I have 2 people that want my retractors and belts badly, but I don't know what to ask for $$$ and I don't want them to bid against each other. I want to be able to lay out a price and first come, first served. These are the '67 style, unique y belts. Tags are gone, but condition is very nice.

I'm looking to only possibly move the belts/retractors. One of the guys interested has a correct NOS carb for my K code he'll trade so I'm now a bit more motivated to sell it to him. I've never seen these for sale, so I have not idea what the market price is.

    Any suggestions for price?

  • A while back on e-bay, a roll bar for a Shelby was up for sale for $3500, I think - maybe more. I think the seller was in new Jersey. In any case, do a look-see on e-bay.

  • There is a pair of 1968-1969 Shelby Retractors on e-Bay for $3,995. Candidly, I believe this is over market price. I believe I have seen reproduction retractors for $1,250. I would have to speculate that a fair price would be some where in between ... perhaps $2,500 to $3,000. Sounds like you are including the Y-harnesses so start higher in this range. I hope this helps.

  • Hi,

A friend of mine bought original 67 shoulder harnesses

only for about $3000 some 3 years ago. I believe the seller

was Perogie Ent. Complete harnesses and lap belts would

probably be worth about $3500 nowadays.

The prices at Perogie are usually as high as the traffic will bear.
