Here is an original used 289 Hi-Po solid lifter camshaft that was removed from a 65 Shelby GT350.The Ford part number for this cam is C3OZ-6250-C. It has the upside down AE marking on the cam to designate that it is a factory Ford 289 Hi-Po cam. This is a solid lifter or mechanical camshaft with a valve lash of. 019 , .460 lift and 310degree of advertised duration. This cam would be proper is any 289 Hi-Po powered car from 1963-1967 including Shelby , Cobra , Mustang ,Falcon, Comet, and Fairlane . There has been much cam failure in the last few years because of poor quality control with new cams. This is an original 1960’s cam when they were made well. This cam has been obsolete from Ford for many years and would be an excellent cam for your classic 1960’s small block Ford. This cam will work in 260-289-an 302 engines.
