The part number that the seller states is incorrect and the Ford box is a C8SZ 6250 A which is for a standard 429 and 460 camshaft. The actual part does appear to be correct.

This sure does appear to be the same exact camshaft as the previous auction to me. Maybe the buyer had done a Buy-It-Now not realizing that this camshaft was actually a used one so the seller put it back on Ebay right away.
