Anyone know anything about this car? I seem to remember us discusing in here before?? is it too low of a number to be a real GT and have the Pony interior? (748826)interior looks to be Palomino, but can't quite tell what Red it is? Rangoon? Poppy?

Wonder what it will bring on Ebay? wonder who the restorer was? I'd love for them to do mine!

I think this is the car that just sold at BJ. Richard P. and Matt have both judged the car. I know Matt judged it in Pensacola and Biloxi.

If I remember correctly the Russo Steele hammer price for the car was about $78K.

I asked the seller (dealer) if he could provide pictures of the VIN stamped on the block and transmission, he replied that he didn't think Ford stamped the blocks and transmissions with a VIN.

He says he bought the car as is and has nothing else with the car-it sure would be nice if we could find out who did the car and may be see some pictures of the restoration process.

OK, since I can't seem to get the seller to check for the VINs on the engine block and trans case may be Richard P. or Matt can confirm if in fact that the car has the original engine and transmission in it.

This is one of those cars I would like to get for about a month and go through it and detail it correctly. It's already super nice, just needs a little tweaking.

Well, the auction ended and the car was NOT SOLD. The high bid was $75,600.00. Is anyone surprised?

I think the seller is going to have to put it into moyh balls for about 5 years or so to get 135K out of it.
