My new '65 FB needs paint on the interior doors. The panels and arm rest are fine. How do I remove the panels without damaging them. They look like they are thin reproduction and I don't want to crease them. Do I need a special tool or something?

Yes, you need special tools to remove the panels without damaging... and then it's still not guaranteed.

Have had mine off several times over the years using a tool very simular to the one shown, without tearing or damaging the door panel. After popping a clip or two, you will quickly develop a feel for it.

I've also wrapped tape around one of the tools where it might make contact with the door paint to prevent scratches/chips.
