How to repair 4 Speed handle

Hi guys

On my 4 Speed shifter handle there is this T bar

wich you all know is needed to put in the reverse

gear when pulled.

Problem is that T bar won´t go back by itself after it´s

been pulled and the T piece itself is loose and you can

push it about 1/8 to 1/4 inch from left to right but

it won´t fall out.

I don´t want to put too much force on it trying to

push it all out because i might break it.

Can anybody help telling me how to take everything apart?

I tryed to reach him but had no luck i´ll try again

later. Hope he´ll give me some help on the phone.

I´m from germany and sending my stuff to USA probably

will bust my budget.
