By the by, my Kar won the Palmetto Award at the Concours d'Elegance in Hilton Head last month. Pretty cool show and I was suprised to win anything.

This car is complete crap, I think someone should inform Craig Jackson before the auction starts about all the cars faults--would he REALLY want to help sell such a fraud??

Like he cares?!?! As long as there are dollar signs attached. Don't you guys remember the bogus GT with bogus pony interior that sold there last year?

They just sell cars, they don't care if they are bogus or not. It's all about the money.

If you look at some of the cars that will be going through B/J this year it will become pretty obvious that an old mustang isn't anything special.It's just filler to run through at 3 in the morning.I know that they'll be selling Carroll Shelby's Super Snake 427 Cobra, the sister car of the Cosby car, which would amaze me if it brought less than 7 mil.What they care about the authenticity of a 65 Mustang is right around zero.

B-J may have been paying attention. The link to their inventory doesn't list this car anymore.

I remember seeing an episode of My Classic car (I think) where Craig Jackson was telling about numbers on a Hemi 'Cuda convertible, and he was showing where and how to look at "Numbers" and such, I don't really know if he is a car guy or not, but its good to see that car is evedentally NOT going through the auction this year--I think its possible that SOMEONE from B-J has been on our site and found out the truth about that bogus car and therefore pulled it from the auction lineup, I was thinking strongly about dropping Craig a note and suggesting that he come here and check out the car for himself-heck-may be someone beat me to it!!

Well now the car (putting the term "car" loosly)is back on Ebay last bid I saw was $24,800 and is a private auction so there is now way to send a bidder a link to our website and/or the descussion about what they are bidding on, that dealer is sure a big time crook!!

I would like to suggest that the forum stick to cars, and not offer up opinions on dealers.

I was looking at the radiator cap and wondering if that is original. Reason I ask is my 65 has one that looks just like it and I was going to replace it, thinking it was not correct.

I talked to Allen Stewart today about that car. He said when it left his hands, it was totally stock concours. Now as you can see, the shock towers have been cut out and a MII rack and pinion put in it. In addition to several other mods visible in the pics. I don't have a problem with people doing what they want with their cars, but in my opinion, they totally screwed up that car cutting the shock towers out. There are plenty of other more common cars that could have had this done. I surely hope the final bid reflects the damage done to this car.

Like almost everything in the engine compartment of that car the radiator cap is not correct.

Did those prices include the BJ fees, or was that just the final bid?<img src=images/icon_smile_question.gif border=0 align=middle>

The prices listed on the website are not hammer prices, they include the 10% buyer fee.
