HiPo heads

More than 50 years ago, I bolted a pair of original HiPo heads on my Tiger. They are still on it working fine, but now it is time for an engine rebuild. I figure the heads will need hardened valve seats, possibly guides, etc. so I'm thinking that maybe someone out there might need a pair of originals for their proper restoration.

My real question here is; what is the value today for a pair of HiPo heads? I'm not sure of the year, & of course the part numbers are buried inside the engine compartment. Just thinking out loud..... Thanks...

If you remove the valve covers, you can see the casting dates. One may be different from the other but from the dates, they can be used to determine a C3OE or other casting number. There are 5 different castings numbers for Hipo heads and the castings do have some differences. Some are worth more than others.

I expanded the picture as much as I could, and there is no doubt that they are Hipo heads, based on the cast in valve spring pockets. I could not make the picture large enough to see the date code casting. I spend a lot of time on this forum posting sales of the C3OE, C4OE, C5OE, C7ZE and C8ZE hipo head sales. All that you need to do is checkout all of the work that I have done on this by doing a site search.
