Here is an Ebay auction for a pair of NOS C7ZZ 6049 C bare heads with a C8ZE casting by Ebay member "acond classic american auto parts" with a Buy-It-Now of $2,989.00:

This is a NOS Ford pair of original HIPO 289 cylinder heads which are for all 1965 1966 1967 Mustang and Fairlane and Shelby cars originally equipped with the High Performance 289 engine. These are New Old Stock and have never been installed. They are just as they left the Ford foundry many years ago. You can find clapped out originals which require a mountain of machine work and are still never correct. Not to mention the large expense of all of the necessary machine work and good luck trying to find a competent machine shop to do the work. None of that mess is necessary with this NOS pair. Have had this pair for many years but now they need to go to someone who can use them.
