The first thing that sticks out to me is the 5 dial instruments on a non GT and non pony interior Kar. The Rally Pac is the one for the Falcon type speedometer. These 5 dial gauges require major wiring changes and a dash sheet metal alteration. A thorough inspection would be in order to see what else there is.

As Relicdog states, disc brakes were an option on all 65-66 Mustangs except six cylinder cars. They were only standard on GT cars which were required to be A or K code engines. One of my own Kars is a drum brake Kar and I have seen quite a few others this way.
