K-Code on ebay- check bumper plate

Hello All- there is a K-code fastback project car out on ebay right now- I was thinking about throwing a bid out on it- can someone check the rear end bumper plate on the underside of the trunk pan- thats a good tell tale sign correct? I loaned out my hipo book and can't remember!

Axle plate is correct for a K car.

Curious why the rear brake line bracket next to the muffler hanger appears to be missing - but could just be the angle of the photo.

Looks a little rusty in the floor areas, but fixable.

I believe this kar, actually rolling shell, was discussed here recently. The current seller added doors, fenders, hood, glass, and painted the floors. He removed the steering tag and unfortunately, the 9" rear end and corresponding tag. Previous owner says kar needs floors, toe boards and trunk work.
