Hi Fellas would someone please tell me where the forward end of the clutch fork return spring is supposed to hook on to as I am having a dim moment and cannot seem to find a suitable location without it rubbing on the exhaust. I am beginning to think I may have a tab or bracket missing. Thanks

Cobraboy,
You have the long spring, correct? The short end from the coil
is treaded into the larger hole in the shock tower and the
point through the smaller hole. The long end from the
coil goes through the end of the clutch fork.
The two holes on the shock tower are located just above the
front driver side frame. Your car has left hand steering, right?
If it's right hand steering, I am afraid I can't help you.

Great I have found those and fitted the spring which is the correct one. It is still slightly bent round the exhaust. I must have a pipe that is formed slightly wrong. I will keep an eye on it, ideally the forward end needs to move toward the engine to miss. Thanks
