Question About Carburetor Tag

Hi K Code Experts:

I'm trying to decipher the second row of digits on my two carburetor tags. They are "B 5AD" and "A 4JD". Both cars are 65's. I'm not sure if these represent build dates or what. If anyone can decipher these I would really appreciate it. Thank guys.

5AD is 4th week of January '65

4JD is 4th week of September '64

First character is year, second is month and last is the week of the month.
