Hello,
Anyone have suggestions on glass polish or cleaner.
Not so much for scratches but stains and streaks.
Thanks

vinegar and water... don't get it on your paint...
If that doesn't work I've had real good luck with with a glass cleaner that comes in an aerosol can, I think it is called liquid glass or something like that.
And if that doesn't work you might try Eastwoods glass polishing kit. I've got a very slightly used polishing portion of their scratch removal kit I'll sell ya for 1/2 of Eastwoods price if you get to that point.

I used rubbing compound and #000 steal wool. You can use tooth paste
mixed with a little water.

To solve the accumulation of dirt on the EXTERIOR glass/windshield OEM manufactures recommend the use of Bon Ami & plenty of water to properly clean the windshield.

There is a product called Sparkle that is so good it's commonly used to clean optical grade glass including the objective lenses of very expensive research microscopes.
