For Sale:Early 1964 Carb and Intake

I have a January 1964 Cast Iron 4V Intake and Autolite carb 4100(non hipo) for sale...Came off a 64 Falcon Sprint 4 speed car.

To my knoledge no Falcon ever came from the factory with a 4v setup, I've never heard of an "A" code Falcon, BTW do you have the Sprint? is it by chance for sale?

Not to hip on my Falcons I guess..It was in the trunk of the car i bought and just sold actually..Its on the way to the UK as we speak...

I have a 65 Falcon Ranchero "A" code 4 speed car. My understanding is that only the Ranchero was available in a 4V configuration.

That's right, Fred. Rancheros could be ordered with the A code 4V 289 in 1965, but all other V8 Falcons only came with 2V carburetors. In 1966, Falcon finally offered the A code 4V option in all other models, and continued to offer it for 1967 as well.
