Hi everyone,
my name is Michael, I am from Germany.
I have been a Mustang fan since I first saw one in the 60s. I have had & restored several over the years. Last year I was asked to take a look at a "rare" Mustang and what i found is this:
A 66 T5 GT convertible with a mere 18000 km.
The car was ordered for the owner of Germany's largest importer of T5s (as Mustangs had to be called in Germany due to copyright issues)
In the early 70s a later owner modified it for slalom races and after that it was stored - for the next 30 years.
I still had the org. exhaust, fan belt, water pump and most all org. parts when I finally bought it last summer.

The story was featured on the Mustang news site: http://www.ponysite.de/news22.htm
The car is in the process of beeing completly rebuild, trying to retain as much of the org. parts as possible and using only NOS parts.
BTW, I am looking for a water pump rebuild kit
Besides the K-Code I also have an early production 65 GT Convertible and a 68 Shelby GT500
