My dad and I went to the show. My k is in the body shop getting new paint. My dad has a 64 fairlane sports coupe k code, but at the price to show there we didn't enter it this year. Did you catch the 65 GT 350? Talked to him for a long time. He paid $250,000 for it. YIKES!

The only thing I can find on the intake is fomoco and firing order. Pony carburators says this is correct for june of '66 or later.

I hit the wrong button on that last reply. Anyway, is there any way to report this to ebay to have it removed?

Do I need to install a thin piece of rubber or something else between the spring perches and the leaf springs to prevent noise or any other issues?

I have a nos tube that I wont need if someone is interested. I would take $130.00 for it. It is the valve cover style. When I bought it the ford sticker was on it, but I removed the sticker and then never installed the tube.

As with some other people on this site, I didnt have $35-45,000 to buy a restored kar. I paid 12,000 for the fastback builder I wanted. Now as I work overtime or do sidework I am able to stay busy on it. I will still have the same money in the car when its done, but I can enjoy a long restoration.

Does anyone have the paint code for caspian blue in the newer enamel paint. I have the lacquer ppg code, but I want to paint in enamel.
-
Does it have a vin stamping?
-
Would anyone have dimensions and pics of a third member yoke to help me in locating a correct one?
Thanks Brian

Thanks for the replies, does it depend on the build plant, or year of kar? My dad has a 64 fairlane hipo and it has a draft tube, I thought it was only a fairlane item and maybe just early 65 mustangs.

Did the mustangs ever use the draft tube pointed down to the ground or did they only come on the HIPO Fairlanes?
Don't know if the picture transferred over? May have to click on it to see picture.
Thanks.

Looking for a yoke. I dont know if the year matters, but I have a June 1966 kar. I also need a complete shifter with rods.
Thanks Brian

I have 2 fender aprons gone beyond repair. Would it be best to replace them and leave no vin stamping, or find a stamping company to repunch them. Has anyone ran into this? Im thinking of just replacing them and keeping the vin part of the original aprons with the car. Any thoughts?
Thanks Brian
