THE CAR: 1965 'K' Code 289 Hi-Po Mustang Coupe

In 1965 only 7,273 Mustangs received this K-code 289 Hi-Po option making it only 1.1% of all Mustangs built in 1965. Out of those, not many exist today.

This car has a Clean Ohio Title in my name.

This is a real 'K' code 1965 Mustang Coupe for sale. It is a project which does not have the Engine or Transmission.

I do have the shifter, bell housing, flywheel, balancer, pistons, and some other odds and ends pictured. What you see is what I have. The car will need extensive rust repair. It rolls and steers.

THE VIN in the picture is the VIN under the driver fender commonly known as the 'hidden VIN'. The Vin on the apron up front on the driver side is rusted but the Door tag is still in place.

The car is originally Ragoon Red.
