1965 FORD MUSTANG "K CODE" Convertible.

Vin #5F08K676216

Here is your chance to own one nice HI-PO Convertible.

Springtime Yellow with Black Pony Interior. 289 HI-PO Engine, With Correct 4 Speed Toploader, Correct 4 BBL AutoLite Carb.

Styled Steel Wheels with Dual Red Line Tires. The car has won both Gold and Silver at MCA National Shows.

Totally restored from top to bottom approx 15 years ago and then underside and engine compartment detail was completed 5 years ago. All suspension and engine were pulled throughly checked, cleaned and made the correct finish. Only has 20 miles since first restoration. Never driven.. I have owned the car since 1995.

We believe the car was built Mid March of 1965. Runs and Drives Great.. Has one of the best throaty sounding factory exhaust..

The pictures should help show the detail of the car. It is a super nice car and K Convertibles are rare to find.

Please email any questions. If you need additonal pictures just ask.

The 76A body style eliminates the possibility of the Kar having a pony interior from the factory.

Fred,

Since when can a convertible NOT have factory pony interior?

The car looks fantastic. I love the color combo!

Troy, Sorry for the confusion on this. Of course a convertible could have a factory pony interior. I have had a few of them myself. It just would not be factory pony interior with a 76A body style. It would need to be a 76B as yours is.

My bad, Fred. I had a momentary lapse of confusion with body style codes.
