• Am cleaning out the garage and ran across a pair of shocks that I believe are for a K code. One is marked:

    AUTOLITE

    MADE IN U.S.A.

    C6ZF-18045-A3

    YB 6DD FRONT


    The other is marked the same except the 6DD is 6DC.


    Can anyone confirm that these are correct for a 66 car. My "final edition" parts book does not list them. Thanks, Steve

  • According to my older Ford parts master catalog, those shocks have an actual Ford part number of C5ZZ 18124 B. Their application is for 65 and 66 Mustang with 6 or 8 cylinder except 289 Special.
