Clutch Fork Pivot Orientation

This will be an easy question for the experienced guys, before I squeeze the rivets down.....Can you please tell me if the clutch fork pivot(B9AZ-7522) should have the raised pivot part closest to the centre (as shown below) or furtherest from the centre (not as shown!)?
