Windshield washer tubing

Should the washer tubing be clipped so it runs above or below the shock tower braces along the cowl ?.

Mark, Did you end up getting the ribbed hose set from Jack?

I understand your engine is running now.....I thought I heard a faint but noticeable rattle of the solid lifters all the way here in Florida!!! (LOL)
