I believe P S Auto Glass is in Janesville, WI, I couldn't be happier with what they did for me for my glass on my '65 K Conv.

There's a local company here that does it. She has some sort of pads and compound that work on tempered glass. Otherwise, there are products available for do-it-yourselfer's, I think Eastwood has them.

I tried the buffing kit and was not at all happy with the results. Lots of work and lots of distortion.
Have you checked with OEM Glass?
