Wanted Hi Po Distributor- Autolite

I am in need of two HiPo Distributor that are AUTOLITE and have a date code of a late 66 or 1967. Please email if you have one or two that you would sell.

You might try contacting Chuck at distributor dynamics, he may have some or know someone that does.

Chuck is a GREAT guy to deal with, and does quality work.

I checked and i do have an autolite dist. but I believe its too early. The numbers on it are C5OF 12127 9H9 I know C5 is 65 but I thought the autolites weren't available until later.

Shawn, Your distributor is actually an August 9, 1969 date code. Ford changed the way distributors were date coded sometime in 1968. I have actually had FoMoCo cast distributors with a 1968 date code.

If this is for your 67 GT 350, I really think it should be a Fomoco script not an Autolite. I know Fomoco scripted distributors were made at least into 1968.

Dan, I have an NOS HiPo Autolite distributor, I can't remember the date right at this moment. I'm on vacation, but can look when I'm back. Is the date real important for you?
