Desperately need 3939S fuel pump

Hi,

I still desperately need an original rebuilt or core 3939S fuel pump for my 65 K code.

I bought what I thought was an original 3939S rebuilt fuel pump recently and with careful inspection saw that somebody had covered up the old stamping 418..S with JB Weld and restamped it 3939S with smaller letters.

Please,please somebody help me find one. I will take a core. I have already talked to Fred on the site and he doesn't have one.

I sure hope you got your money back on the bogus pump.

I'm pretty sure he will. He has a big business with mustangs and a good reputation. I'm sure it was an honest mistake on his part. I tend to give people the benefit of the doubt.

Wally, that one on Ebay is the earlier screw together type and not what you are looking for.
