Does anyone know anything about this tag?

It's made of cardboard. I found it in the glovebox of an old '65. Is it a keytag? The numbers read as follows:

HSWBP 52466

LA7F 2051 C2

C7Z B6563101 A

the bottom number is an engineering number, a 63101 is a seat frame, at least on a 80 something car. it looks like it would be 67 part number.

Yes, typically find these on the seat frames, front and rear.

That particular tag is for a 67 left side front seat cushion assembly.
