Ah Charles, since you have the know-how you better just finish restoring the sucker. Sure, you won't get your money out of it, but nice fresh drivers are hard to come by these days. This should just be your keeper that you will constantly be upside down on

Is the Rally Pac a '66 low profile, or high profile '65? Does the clock and tach work? All the wiring there?
Thanks,
Troy

Dang, that's just pure class. I want it, and I would trade my Ivy green '66 for this.

From what information I have to work with (not much) I like this car - wish I had the money and a garage space.

Good luck with your project. I hope you get to finish it. It looks like a handful.

Barrett-Jackson Scottsdale started yesterday, live covereage by Speed TV. 65 bronze supercharged K Coupe went across the block for $50k.

Would have this car sold for more without the aftermarked cobbled up supercharger and stupid emblems?
Would it have sold for more if it had a period correct Paxton on it?

If you ask me (I haven't seen this car), with it's color and option list in stock form, I figure it's worth $20-25K tops (probably more on the low end of this). Add about 3-4K for a factory Paxton style setup (IF IT WORKS correctly). That's just my opinion. As it is now, I figure it's a $20K car if I were spending somebody else's money. The seller should be very pleased. Again, this is a knee jerk response about a car I haven't even seen.

Love that STRIKING color combo!

I have a complete original white full length convertible cut console I may consider selling if you need it. Presently has 4 speed shift plate and woodgrain aplique for Pony interior.
-
I don't intend to hijack, but when did Ford start putting the extra bracing in the engine compartment for the Mustang Convertibles? Like many early cars, this one doesn't have them.
-
skinnier tires, weight lifting program for the wife, a different car...I would not put power steering in an old 'stang like a Konvertible.
-
How can these even be possible? I don't get it. Even at half that hammer price I find it unbelievable.

I used the Scott Drake sill plates made of SS on my fastback (not a concours resto) and was absolutely thrilled with them. I'm surprised the Ford tooling ones weren't to your liking.
-
Thank you for the continued updates? Where did you get your carpet, and how did that installation go?
-
I agree Brant. They even got the strange "E" right.

In case anybody is interested, I purchased a new set of reproductions (Scott Drake) last spring to replace my pitted originals. I thought the quality was beyond excellent. I had to use my original screws to hold the finger tabs on though b/c the new ones supplied were too short to use. No big deal.
-
Nevermind - I see now that you are only selling the fronts.

I am interested. Are you selling all 4 shocks? How old are they? How long have they been installed/what condition are they in?
-
Sharp green car. I think those hubcaps look great on there!
