Welcome to the forum.

It appears that someone in the past has flared the fenders and quarter panels for larger tires. The fog lights are an unknown as they do not have the bar across them.

Fred,

I dont beleve that someone has flared that in the past, because we have repainted the car removing all the paint ( it was original ) and we look for any kind of welding... and we didn´t found anythink.

The fog ligth was in the car 22 years agor, when we bougth it... also the changed air cleaner.
