Fred,
I dont beleve that someone has flared that in the past, because we have repainted the car removing all the paint ( it was original ) and we look for any kind of welding... and we didn´t found anythink.
The fog ligth was in the car 22 years agor, when we bougth it... also the changed air cleaner.
