The C5AE 6015 E casting number is on 289 engines from 1965 through 1967. That is not the only casting number for a 289 engine, however, a Hipo 289 can only have this casting number. That casting number is also used for standard 2V and 4V versions. The Hipo 289 has the beefier main caps compared to the standard engines and needs to have the oil pan removed to see the difference. There are many other physical differences in the rest of the engine assembly from standard to Hipo 289. You are welcome to add photos here or contact me for more assistance.
