Companys go in and out of bankrupcy all the time. All that means is they get to be selective as to which outstanding bills they pay and when - with the courts approval. As all 'K' cars use an Autolite carburetor and the ones desired are already made, no effect there. Sort of the same for Shelby owners - all desirable ones exist. Car folks wanting new Holley items probably won't see a difference (except in price) because they are still in business.
For reference, look at Chrsyler or United Air Lines.
