It includes the used clutch fork.
There are 2 flaws. One is a chip in one of the centering holes that line up the bell with the engine block, but it is still good, and once the bolts are started, does not have a real purpose.
The second is a small chip in the lower part, that is mostly covered by the spacer plate.

That is why it is cracked where it is, The seller is correct that this is not an issue, however this only applies if you are using the later wide bolt pattern transmissions.

Good shape, all holes are good.
There are 3 flaws that do not affect the performance, and are highlighted in pictures
1) One hole chipped and bottom, not used
2) Alignment hole partially chipped, usable for the engine pins
3) No idea why, but a hole drilled on the underside where one of the vent holes was.
I will be listing a bell housing tomorrow or so, no flaws, but $50 higher.
