The date would put it right at the very end of 1965 production in late July- early August and into the very beginning of the 1966 production which also started in August.

The housing has a number of C5OF-12131-B.

It also has the correct FoMoCo logo.

The distributor looks to be in really good shape.

The housing only has a few incidental marks (see pictures).

I don't see any corrosion or pitting.

Under the cap it looks like it has some light oil coating.

Nothing appears to be rusted or pitted.
