1965 Ford Mustang K Code GT coupe. This is a real K code GT with the 271 Horsepower 289 V8 and 4 speed transmission. It is finished in correct Candy Apple Red with a black vinyl rood and interior. It has all the right GT stuff including driving lights, front disc brakes with larger master cylinder, larger front sway bars correct dual exhausts, new Styled steel wheels with new raised white letter BFG Radial TA tires, black GT rocker panel stripes, dual outside rear view mirrors, Rally Pak on the steering column, aftermarket in dash AM/FM radio, and the rare bench seat with fold down armrest. The glass, chrome and stainless trim are fabulous on this beautifully restored K code coupe.

Based on the VIN, it was produced around October of 1964 making it way too early to be a GT. This Kar appears to have the wrong rear end as the axle tubes are not tapered. It appears to have a 66 style snubber. It has an aftermarket export brace and a poorly fitted headliner. The choke cable is in the wrong place on the dash. It has an aftermarket air cleaner topping off an AFB or Edelbrock carburetor. It has an electronic voltage regulator, wrong styled steel wheels, wrong fuel pump and wrong style Rally Pac. It is a good appearing car, just not all that correct. A good inspection would be in order on this one.

If anyone is interested .I live close enough to check it out. But knowing the seller they often throw parts together and sell for drastically high margins.They are SALESMEN and could sell an Eskimo ice cubes.They know GM's better than Fords and mustangs are not their speciality.I don't want to go on but I care for this site so........
