Need directions on how to put shifter back on?

So the shift linkage is off my four speed transmission. It's on my 65K. Are there some good directions on how to re-install it? maybe some pictures? The transmission is in the car already.

You might want to try Bill Heally on this-he IS the FORD shifter guru and can most-likely talk you through it-someone else may have his number or know how/what to tell you.....

That does help for the linkage, now for the shifter? Thanks
