Engine date codes for 1965 San Jose hipo Mustang

Hello everyone, I am getting ready to start a restoration on an early 1965 San Jose produced hipo 289 Mustang. The car is missing its original hipo 289 motor, so I thought I would at least try to find a 289 with a date code close to what the car had originally. My Vin number starts with 152XXX. Is there someone out there with a hipo vin close to mine who may know the casting, assembly date of their block,the date codes for the heads, timing chain cover, water pump, intake, carb etc. I know this is asking a lot, but your input would be appreciated.
