Is there anything different between a 64.5 and 65 mustang rear valance without back up lights , where is the date code if any located on the valance, thanks in advance, chuck,

Date code is typically stamped from the reverse side, top middle.

Otherwise, not aware of any major differences. The assembly plant plants installed varying screw types and time of install (before/after paint)
