Original 67 289K Air Filter question?

Trying to nail down what the correct air filter element would have been on an early built ( Oct 10/66) 67 GT350. Black or Orange, diamond mesh? Thanks Randy

I would assume the orange Autolite B7SZ-9601-A (FA-41) with round hole mesh would be correct.

By that period - yes Orange seals, round holes, yellow/tan paper
