1965-66 289 HiPo engine change levels

I know of the following change levels for 289 HiPos:

1964½ - L1

1965 - L5, L6, L7, L8

1966 - L9

1967 - L13, L14 (thanks, Bob!)

Has anyone seen any other change levels on their engine tags?

On my original, pitted engine tag is the following:

289 C 66 9 (Ford oval)

5-H 246-S

This is for an October 18, 1965 build for a 66 model year San Jose 'K' car with a C4 transmission.
