Does anyone know the exact dates when the spare tire hold down changed from the carriage-bolt-in-the-slot to the J-hook arrangement?
I've also noticed that my 66 has a 'recess' in the inner wheelhouse for the spare, but my 65 has no such recess. And I can't find any repros that don't have the recess.
Did those two changes happen at the same time?
