I'm thinking about replacing my headlights with the Wagner Sealed Beam Xenon BriteLite.
Any thoughts or suggestions of another product?

I was not impressed with the Wagner product, maybe 10 - 15% brighter. When I went to a H-4 bulb & a relay, I was satisfied.

additionally, I would suggest putting in a relay first, then decide how much more you need from your lights.

I assume you're not running a stock distributor then? Sounds like you'd need an upgrade. I'm about to upgrade anyways since I just installed a Cold Air electric fan.
thanks Z. Ray, you're always full of knowledge.

do you mean stock alternator ? I'm using an alternator from NPD. Stock case w/ Hi-Po stamp, etc. but with 61 amp internals ( vs. 48 amp stock I think). Seems to have plenty of juice.
But the H-4 bulbs I use don't use any (or much) more current than the stock set-up So I don't know why you couldn't keep the old alternator. The key is having a relay so the full voltage isn't routed thru the headlight switch:
PIAA Xtreme White Plus Light Bulbs:
Low Beam Wattage: 55.0 watts
High Beam Wattage: 60 watts

Yes, alternator.... which I just replaced. 3G one wire from Powermaster. The stock one will be hanging out in the box.
A relay is the smart way to go...<img src=images/icon_smile_big.gif border=0 align=middle><img src=images/icon_smile_big.gif border=0 align=middle>
