Hello....
What intake gasket set are you using on a 1965 HIPO?
Parts books show a Hi Po as Fel Pro #MS90116-1
This does not look correct to me. Is it the same as 65- 289s?

The Ford number is a C3AZ 9441 A for the side gaskets. These are the white asbestos gaskets that the Shelby guys really need for their cars as they can been seen after they are installed. I have quite a few of these in stock.

Okay... I'll bite..... how much?
That answers one of my questions but what about the other?
Are they the same as a C.... A.... code 289?
All of the intake gaskets are the same on 289 engines regardless of horsepower. The NOS C3AZ ones are $15 per side.

Thanks Fred...
That is what I always thought... I wonder what motor the Fel Pro listing is for... I do not have it in front of me to quote the text as they list it...
I will check on the "need" for the NOS gaskets....
Thanks again for the replies.
Fred,
do your intake gaskets show a FOMOCO logo on them.

Being as they are originally stamped from a large sheet of material, it took quite a few of them to figure out what was on the original sheet. It is like working with a puzzle and each piece has only part of the sheet. As far as I can tell, in no particular order, the following is what is printed in blue on these:
Raybestos-Manhattan Inc. R/M STYLE No. F53
There is no Ford logo either printed or embossed. They come as 10 to a box from Ford in a brown Ford box.
