Choke Cable

Does anyone make a repo CHOKE cable assembly and how close are they to original assembly?

Most of the regular Mustang vendors carry the repro cable. I bought mine from Virginia Classic Mustang a few years back and was very pleased with the overall quality of the cable assembly.I'm sure there are some differences between the repro and an original, but for the driver and occasional local car show car like mine, it's very nice.

NPD claims their repro is an exact reproduction. I sure couldn't find any differences between it and my original.

Merlyn, does the NPD repop have the little metal pinch clamp at the end of the rubber sheath like an original? Dave.

Is the small tang on the bracket suppost to be small or thick as I got one from NPD in NC and it has a small tang?
