Master Cyl. Rebuild?

Who do you fellas recommend sending master cyls to for a sleeve and rebuild? My local parts store says they are N/A and I don't want to use their service as I have been burnt once by them and would like to do business with someone that speaks English. This is the problem living this close to the Border.

Just found out Jim Mitchell in Las Vegas can get these master cyls.

Because usually the ones that you buy at your local auto parts store are different in design than the original. Sometimes you get lucky though and get a correct one.
